NH ODP 2008 Fees Schedule / Financial Aid

Registration - $25.00
This fee is due at the initial tryout on November 22, 2009, (no player may try out without full payment of the registration fee and completion of the registration form). Registration fee for players who wish to try out for the NH ODP after the initial tryout date of November 22, 2009 will be $30.00. A Registration Form must accompany the tryout fee.
NH ODP Winter Training Fee - $160.00
Girls Due December 06, 2009 or at first training session attended.
Boys Due December 13, 2009 or at first training session attended.
$100.00 NH ODP Winter Training Fee due for players joining the pool at any time after February 1, 20109.
Invitational Tryout Fee - $30.00
Due at the invitational tryout, February 28th or March 10th (no player may try out without full payment of the Registration Fee and/or completion of the Registration Form).
Spring Training, Ryder Tournament Fee - $500.00
Due March 14th, 2010 or the first spring training session.
$500.00 Spring Training and Region 1 Ryder Tournament Fee for the first 18 on the U13, U14, U15, U16 and U17 State Rosters.
$450.00 for all alternates and Boys U12's
Region 1 Summer Camp and Training Fee - $475.00
Due May 19, 2010. $450.00 Region 1 Summer Camp & Training Fee for all U12, U13, U13JV, U14, U15, U16 and U17 players that will be participating in the Region 1 camps. Region 1 camp fees and the player commitment letter are due on or before May 19, 2010. There will be a $50.00 late fee for Region 1 camp fees received after May 19, 2010. Late Region 1 camp fees and the player commitment letter are due on or before June 2, 2010. Region 1 camp registrations will not be accepted after June 2, 2010.
Discount
Players who register and pay for both the Spring Training Session/Rider Tournament and Region 1 Summer Camp by March 14,, 2010, will pay $875.00 which is a discount of $100.00.
Region 1 Camp Refunds
Region 1 Camp Refunds will be provided on a prorated basis contingent upon reimbursement from Region 1 and after all expenses incurred relating to camp and summer training have been paid. Refund requests must be received via e-mail on or before June 7,, 2010. Refund requests received after June 7, 2010 for anything other than medical injury will not be considered. Exceptions will be considered for a medical injury occurring after the deadline with a copy of the doctor’s note or a family hardship. Financial Aid Information
Players/families may petition for an installment payment program and/or for financial aid. Contact NHSA ODP Administrative Director, Carla Nastri by email by March 14, 2010 cnastri@gmail.com. Financial aid will be awarded on a funds available basis. Financial aid grants are primarily for use towards the Region 1 Summer Camp and Training Fee. In special circumstances, the NH ODP will grant financial aid towards the winter training and Spring Training/Region 1 Rider Tournament. We do not want money to preclude participation in the program and will do our best to ensure that players who are selected to the program are able to participate.
NH ODP offers the opportunity for families to offset fees by volunteering as a Parent Administrator for one of the ODP teams or volunteering for one of the other Administrative positions available with NH ODP. Discounts
A family with two or more players participating in the NH ODP will receive a $40.00 per-player discount off the $160 NH ODP Winter Training Fee (this does not apply to the spring training and Ryder tournament fees or the Region 1 summer camp and training fees).
A Parent who serves as chaperone to the Region 1 Camp in July will receive a $350.00 discount.
