Adult Soccer Senior Select Program
The NH Adult Soccer Senior Select team is meant to showcase promising
soccer talent from, living, attending school, working in or returning
to the states of New Hampshire, Maine or Vermont.

Tryouts are open to all high school and college players under age 23. There is a $35 registration fee for the tryouts.
Tryouts will be held at the Phanzone in Hampstead, NH
Tuesday, May 16 7:00 - 9:00pm
Thursday, May 18 7:00 - 9:00pm
Tuesday, May 23 7:00 - 9:00pm

From Route 93 North or South:
Take I-93 to Exit 3 in New Hampshire, go right off the exit onto route 111 east for aprox 7 miles. The Complex is on the left near the Atkinson/Hampstead, NH town line.
Objective
To provide for the successful continuance of a select group of players, to represent the State Association at the annual Region I tournament, showcase our players for advancement to the Professional Leagues and National Teams programs and for the promotion and growth of the game beyond the youth level and into Adult.
Information
A Men's & Women's select squad will be chosen to participate in the annual Region I Senior Select tournament, held this year: June 9-11, 2006 at Oneonta College in New York.
During the Regional tournament, at least 12 participants (6 men and 6 women), from each region, will be selected for the Men’s and Women’s National U-23 Select Pool. These teams will participate in various National tournaments throughout the year, including the MLS and Women League combines and preseason matches. This is a tremendous opportunity for those selected players to showcase their abilities to coaches from the National teams programs.
On the team side, the team that wins the Regional Championship will compete for the National Championship “Donnelly Cup”, during the January following the tournament. This will take place either in Ft. Lauderdale, FL during even years – i.e. 2006 or 2008 or at the Home Depot Center in Carson, CA during odd ending years like 2005 or 2007. That weekend the team will represent their state and region and another opportunity to be identified for the National U-23 Select Team.
How to participate in State Select program
The teams will be formed from a pool of players selected from scheduled try-outs at various locations around the state and announced on this website. The appointed team coaches and assistants will then select players from these sessions for the team. All players 23 years old or younger are encouraged to participate, however, only players that can commit to travel for the Region I tournament period of June 9, 10 and 11, 2006 are able to be considered for the Senior Select team.
